I love manjaro and i just opened a vm just for power bi and believe me it is not good to look at and work with low resolution screen with bad specs to do dashboarding and visualisations , if any devs are watching this please try and make a package with the features of power bi . If not possible , please suggest some free vm with better specs than virtualbox 
Then you shall manually download those from their respective editor website. You will need to follow their documentation if you want to install and update them – they could also be run directly from the extracted archive.
It is less practical than through the package manager, but still an option.
