All my wifi access points disappeared

uhhhh yeah so i dont have wifi anymore lol Well all my wifi access points disappeared and i cant figure out how to connect to them again. Im connected thru my phones tethering right now. it still shows all my old access points when i go to network settings but theres no way to connect to them

and none of the commands i try to show available access points show anything besides the bluetooth connection from my phone that im tethered with.  ■■■■■■■■■■■ guess im gona timeshift back idk

Well, which is it?
Do you want to troubleshoot and solve it
or do you want to go back (timeshift)

Troubleshoot would start with providing data to go on - some more complete machine info, network info
… and remembering and describing what you did before the issue occurred
