Did you edit the file, sometime, somewhere? This looks like a typo. I don’t use gnome, so have you any extension installed for editing your calendar time/date, like i.e. this or that (only you know).
Please have a look here. Maybe that helps to correct your (custom?) file.
date --help

I did not edit any file. I did try to deactivate all gnome extensions, but did not help. Then tried to change UI language from Norwegian to German, and indeed the dates appear as they should. So problem is in some Norwegian specific files in Gnome.
