It is my understanding that akinado has something to do with my imap folder. After googling I am still not sure how to proceed about that.
How do I reduce the required power? Should I stop it? Or is there something wrong with my imap folder?

I think it’s synchronizing your emails. If you have a lot of them, it will take a while. I recommend waiting a bit longer.
It’s only 2 out of 8 parallel threads, so it’s not that big of an impact.
