After update to curl 8.4.0 there is an issue with 100% single core usage

After update to curl 8.4.0 there is an issue with 100% single core usage by NetworkManager.
Connecting to VPN (OpenVPN) is slow.
With curl 8.3.0 everything is normal. NetworkManager is 1.44.2-1.
