After Update GDM don't work

Hello folks,
After my update yesterday, GDM no longer starts. I can still access the system using Ctrl-Alt-F1 and tried to see if I could solve the problem by using a different window manager, but it doesn’t work!"

uname -a:
Linux cefour 6.6.10-1-MANJARO #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Fri Jan 5 17:38:36 UTC 2024 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Here the pacman logs:

The combination looks confusing to me. The mix could be causing this - I really have no idea.

It appears though that you are currently using the iGPU

Ahh - Nvidia - the notorious troublemaker.

I suggest you try booting a live ISO with Gnome - I has just been checking the latest ISO installation media on bare-metal - so I have the download link at hand

download.manjaro.org/gnome/23.1.3/manjaro-gnome-23.1.3-240113-linux66.iso

Thanks!
It’s always Nvidia! I had to reinstall and now I only use the non-proprietary drivers. It’s such a shame how Nvidia treats us!

Yeah and you even pay good :money_with_wings:
