After using the custom skin in VLC, the progress bar may not be displayed in full screen, or a small window will be set to the top when dragging the progress bar in full screen
For the same skin, sometimes it don’t show the progress bar and sometimes the second situation occurs without changing any settings.
This should rather be reported to the skin developer instead.

vlc is a package that we import directly from Arch. Your best bet is to contact the packager via email or to contact the developers upstream…
