After sleep/hibernate: windows moved away from main monitor

I’m using a three monitor set-up:

  1. Laptop monitor
  2. External monitor connected directly via HDMI, set as main monitor
  3. External monitor connected via HDMI through a USB-C hub

This works fine in general, but every time I sleep or hibernate the system, all windows from monitor 2 will have moved to monitor 1. Windows on monitor 3 stay where they are.

I saw a few issues like this on the forums, but I found no solution. The only thing I noticed is that monitor 2 shows the login screen about 1 or 2 seconds after monitor.

Here are some system info. Let me know if you need more.
