After last update pulseeffects not working:

pulseeffects: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_filesystem.so.1.80.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

How can resolve the issue?

You’re in an unsupported partial upgrade state. Update your mirrorlist and perform a full upgrade. See Pacman-mirrors - Manjaro

sudo pacman-mirrors --fasttrack && sudo pacman -Syu

You are using an AUR package pulseeffects-legacy, right?
You need to rebuild that package:

pamac build pulseeffects-legacy
