I had not used my Manjaro install for a while, then during an update, the screen went blank. I left it overnight but it didn’t change, so I performed a hard shutdown. I think a partial update happened.
I could not longer boot, so I installed minimal manjaro on a live USB and chrooted into it with:
sudo manjaro-chroot -a
I then tried to perform an update with:
pacman -Syyu
but received an error:
