[Add mirror] New mirror in Slovenia

Hello, I spun up a new Manjaro mirror on my server. The address is mirror.komelt.dev/manjaro.
It works with HTTP and HTTPS.
Should contain everything.

Nice, thank you. But how can I propagate that I have stable, testing and unstable content on my mirror?
