Good morning, I am writing to inform you that the CuerdOS developers have found the solution to the error that did not allow the internal microphone to be used on the HP - Victus by HP Laptop 16-e1xxx model.
They have added some lines to the kernel and the solution has been uploaded to bugzilla, please integrate it so that manjaro has the solution, please and thank you very much.

Patch for built-in microphones will need to be accepted by kernel developers and signed off for release in a later upstream kernel (v6.9.4 or later)
When new kernel is released upstream it should be available on Manjaro Unstable branch within a few days, and available in Stable branch about 2-4 weeks later
Edit: I have bookmarked this topic to await full solution when patch can be confirmed as added to kernel

Hi Nikgnomic , but the lines not stay in the kernel and mic not allow sorry 
No response to the kernel Bugzilla report yet. This might get better attention from ALSA developers if you attach more ALSA data to show system in non-working and working states
