I want to ask you if any person knows how we adding taskbar icons on manjaro kde plasma version!!
I checked it many times but i didnt find it!!
If i go to menu and right clicking an application i will be able to do it?And how to set them in my desired position if i wanted?

Just right-click an app in the application menu, and select “Add to Taskbar.” You can drag-and-drop them into your desired position.

Another way to add them to the panel is to start the application you want, then right click on the icon and choose “Pin to Task Manager”.
