Active print job doesn't complete

Hello all,
thank you for manjaro!
I used to print on LAN printer Samsung CLX-3175FN and scanning works fine right now!
The printjob shows the status “processing” but the job never prints and doesn’t complete.

How can I troubleshoot this situation?

Check if you are using the correct PPD file and that your cups destination points to the correct address.

Thanks alot! Connection wasn’t using the static IP address and not protocol ipp.
