Acer laptop care centre for manjaro

i am using Acer aspire a315-510p and i am facing some issue overheating and some other so for that i need laptop care center software , there is official Acer care center software only avaiable for windows so i need a full laptop care center and controller(like fan controller) software .

An ā€œ(acer) laptop care centerā€ gui application? There is not one that I am aware of.
tlp might be applicable thoughā€¦

Or maybe power saving/management in generalā€¦

Or any of the ā€˜fan controlā€™ thingsā€¦

Maybe focus on resolving this issue.
(though of course ā€˜some otherā€™ is ambiguous)

youā€™ll need to use this instead. also post the output of the mandatory

inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host --width

to see what type of governor your using. switching to the ā€œregularā€ governor instead of intel-p state might also solve the issue.
but as always, no info ā†’ no answer possible
all over acer isnā€™t a linux-friendly brand. they tend to build hardware that is a mess.

Corectrl is a nice gui app from the repos that can also control the scaling and governors.

From AUR, GitHub - vagnum08/cpupower-gui: cpupower-gui is a graphical program that is used to change the scaling frequency limits of the cpu, similar to cpupower. has even more fine tuning options.
