Account creation issue

hi guys, I have had to make a new account using the same email and username that i did in November so just over 2 months ago.now i didn’t break any rules i even posted on a thread about a lib32 issue .only to find out about 2 months later that either you guys removed my account or there is an issue with your forums.am i going to have to make another account using the same email and same username in 2 months again?

We made an effort to recover the lost files, but the backups and archives were affected as well.
