8Bitdo Controller not working

I recently bought the 8Bitdo Ultimate Wired Controller for Xbox and on the box it says its also for PC.

It works on Windows 10 without any problems, but on this Manjaro distro it doesnt work at all.

Is there anything I can do to get it working
