Links posted to termbin are deleted after 1 week and should be replaced

Duration of Data Retention
The lifespan of any data or content posted on the service is limited to one week. After this period, such data will be automatically deleted.
Testing branch announcements have a similar problem with termbin URLs:
A previous announcement [Testing Update] 2026-05-18 has changelist posted within the topic
Latest announcement [Testing Update] 2025-05-29 is using a pastebin link.
But this information should be published on Explore snippets · GitLab
