Remove this directory .mozilla/firefox/profile_name/chrome and and restart your session. For me profile name was s4heup0i.default.

If this doesn’t work try this:

Get back old Firefox theme

Remove the package sudo pacman -R firefox-gnome-theme-maia Restart your session, restart Firefox. Did you look on the forum about this issue?
