I have tried everything to open my ex Windows 10 external 1TB HDD which has a lot of files on it that I want or need + I want to use it with Manjaro xfce. Any help will be very much appreciated.

mount: /mnt: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sda1, missing codepage or helper program, or other error. dmesg(1) may have more information after failed mount system call.
