Glibc is a bit flaky when using chrootbuild

glibc is a bit flaky when using chrootbuild, the package at archlinux seams more up-to-date

error: glibc: could not find package in cache
error: failed to commit transaction (could not find or read package)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
==> ERROR: Failed to install chroot filesystem.
      Cleaning up.

glibc 2.39-2 has just been released to unstable.
