XnviewMP, Okular, Flameshot freeze up upon calling up "save as" dialog

Hello,

XnView MP (1.3.1-1), Okular (22.08.2-1), and Flameshot (12.1.0-1) all freeze upon calling up for “save as” dialog. Except freezing up, XnView MP and Okular rapidly increase RAM usage, and then I have to either kill the process or to wait for automatic termination.

For example, I open a 3-4 Mb picture in XnView MP and do some editing (resize, crop etc.), everything is good, at this moment the app takes 151 MiB. But then, once I call for “Save As”, the app quickly increases RAM usage up to 4.1 GiB and freezes up.

So does the Okular, and what’s interesting, Okular eats up the same 4.1 GiB after calling up Save As dialog, or Print as PDF (I wanted to affix screenshots to demonstrate, but cannot do this, probably because it is my first post here). Flameshot just freezes up, its RAM usage doesn’t changed; and if I use Save (to predefined location), i.e. without calling up for file browser window, it works normally, no freeze.

During those issues, despite to increase RAM usage, I still have about of 8 GiB free RAM, so I guess it’s not the case of not enough RAM.

I suspect this might be related to the fact that all those apps are Qt5 depended ones. However, in the near past they were operating normally, perhaps something went wrong after recent updates. Unfortunately, I do not know where to see exactly, that’s why I hope for your help and advice.

My other apps (Thunderbird, LibreOffice, Firefox, TeX Studio, Inkscape) behave properly whenever I want to save as or to print to a file.
