Disturbing keyboard and mouse behaviour

capslock is turned around if i type one , i get ! if i type two i get @ (ETC)> if i select a word with my mouse button (LEFT CLICK) IT SELECTS WHOLE SENTENCE AND MY CAPSLOCK TURNS RANDOMLY ON/OFF LIKE IN THIS SENTENCE. AND NOW 123 STARTS TO WORK NORMALLY

if i select a link in chrome browser it opens in a new tab< if i logout and login the problem is gone but reappers after some minutes>

Are you sure you havent spilled a drink on your machine (and/or its components)?

Sounds like a malfunctioning keyboard. Try switching to another keyboard.

What you are describing doesn’t sound like a manjaro problem
