Everything was working fine until I used mhwd to install the nvidia prorietary drivers. I’ve searched far and wide and have no idea how to deal with this issue. Please ask if there’s any more information you might need to help with this. Thank you!

Switched back to nouveau and everything works fine now. Will stick to this until I find a solution.

Still haven’t figured out a solution for this. Anyone?

There is next to no information to go on.
And what you did with xinput is not a permanent change.

So: your actual problem seems to be with the nvidia driver.
There are many posts here about the subject.

Gather some info and (possibly, if you can’t find a solution) describe the actual problem and give your post a more fitting title? :man_shrugging:
