XFCE4 LightDM, at boot, my screen goes to black.

Despite that, systemctl shows lightdm is running.
When I kill the process in console, lightdm restarts again and I'm able to login, but this happens at every boot, which is annoying.

what's the output for startx

Could it be that you.. don't have xorg/gtk? altough your info mentions X11
Also when does this happen? at boot? after locking the screen(if so, which screenlocker/saver do you have)? did you try reinstalling some packages in case there really isnt a file

It seems that this issue is still not closed on github, you might want to change some packages revolving around gnome(keyring), screensavers/lockers

I have xorg and gtk.
The problem occurs at boot.

How can I see the output when startx is able to run?
And is it still important?
The problem occurs at boot.

The lightdm.log you added after I posted is sufficient to rule out xorg server issues.

Check your settings as described here.

Gotta go fast, if that doesn't work might as well try delaying the LightDM service and see if that does anything:
Bad advice that doesn't fix anything but if I didn't post this my reply would only be a meme
