Back panel audio not detected, other audio outputs work fine

Hi there, fresh install of Manjaro and I’m absolutely losing it trying to figure this out.

I have a pair of Edifier G2000 speakers attached to the back audio jack, and they are not detected at all by the system. Every other audio output works perfectly fine - my earbuds in the front panel audio jack, the passthrough line-out on my USB microphone, and my monitor’s speakers via DisplayPort. It’s just the speakers in the back panel that don’t work.

disregard I’m an absolute clown. I am colorblind and what I thought was the green audio jack was the blue one. I’m so so sorry for wasting y’all’s time.
