Wirelesss mouse not working

hello all

I use ASUS M509DA npteboook.
My wireless mouse Dual SmartSwitch BLACK - CONNECT IT not working. I tried very hard to solve it by different sources but unless I didn’t succeed. I send terminal output inxi -Fxxxz

It works while I charge my notebook sometimes.
