Windows split on one screen

Is it possible to combine two windows on one screen so that when one increases, the other decreases horizontally?

With default KDE components it’s probably impossible. But I’m pretty sure that some Kwin scripts have this ability, like Khrontike

You can make use of this simple Plasma script Sticky Window Snapping - KDE Store
Or use one of the tiling scripts like kwin-bismuth
