I’m using Manjaro Plasma. My network connection suddenly became slow today.
Every network connection takes about 6 seconds delay. I tried the latest Manjaro live usb and still there was problem.
I have already tried other OS or distros such as Windows 10, Ubuntu 21.10, Arch Linux and there are no issues.
My desktop with wired lan and a laptop with wifi has the same issue. But it is not a my router’s problem. Other machines especially iPhone has no issue and other distros on the same machine(desktop) has the issue.
It seems not the network driver issue because Manjaro and Arch Linux using same r8169 driver.
when I typing ping google.com every steps takes about 6 seconds. But ping 8.8.8.8 is fast.
So I guess it maybe a DNS issue but I dont’ have any idea of that.

It seems my ISP issue. When I try on laptop with cellular hotspot which is different ISP, there’s no issue.
But I don’t know why it affects only Manjaro distro…
I’m on Manjaro XFCE edition live booting. And still the problem.
All the problem occurs on Manjaro distros. I’m tired of this. I’ll stop to using Manjaro.
Another option would be to change kernels and see what, if any, difference that makes. But if you’re not staying, then I’m not continuing troubleshooting.
Sorry but I removed Manjaro and install Arch linux. Live booting was fine, but I installed NetworkManager and boot to arch and activate it, same problems there.
I already tried change the kernel but not fixed.
It was not a Manjaro only problem…
What shoul I do next?
