when I installed linux manjaro21 on 2021 that wifi working fine but in this year of 2023 I installed manjaro 23 not working wifi

Be sure you have the latest Kernel, it has been a common issue last week. Take a look at the 2023-12-10 warning:

Kernels 6.1.68 or 6.6.7 are recommended and contain the latest WiFi fixes.
Kernel 6.5.x has reached EOL and should be removed, if present.

As previously mentioned, Kernels 6.1.68 or 6.6.7 are recommended and contain the latest WiFi fixes. You should probably update to either of those kernels and see if they also resolve your issue.
