Wifi Internet Speed is restricted/slow after a system update

Hi, I am a newbie here, I updated my system, a couple of days ago, after an update, I noticed a drop in internet speed.
My wifi speed is 150 Mbps(5GHz) meanwhile I am getting only 30 Mbps (at max), checked through my phone and other devices, Wifi speed is fine.
I am on dual boot, so I tried it in Windows and there it is normal.
Already tried these things:-

  1. Update drivers.
  2. Downgraded to 5.13 Kernel and Upgraded back.
  3. Rebooted my device and wifi.
  4. Tried this speed test on ubuntu(I had it also on boot, ubuntu also have the same issue)
  5. Tried different browsers and speed test sites.

Currently running: 5.16.2-1-MANJARO (linux516)
The following kernels are installed in your system:
   * linux513
   * linux516

I am using manjaro for 6 months never had this issue after the update.
Thanks for your attention and help.

In a dual boot with Windows, make sure that Windows Fastboot, hibernation and hybrid Sleep are disabled. Always shut Windows down completely. See if that helps.

FastBoot and Hibernation were already disable, while I disabled Hybrid Sleep, but it didn’t work.
