@EclipseSSK You can download the AUR packages from windows though (On the right there’s an option to download the snapshot).
Move it to Manjaro and build it with the DKMS installation showed in the github link.
But if you can get your phone to share internet connection by USB (look up in network settings > Hotspot/tethering), just do:
pacman -S --needed base-devel
pamac build rtl8822bu-dkms
or
pamac build rtl8822bu-git

I can also install Manjaro in a VM. Would it be possible to install a VM of Manjaro, update it and get packages, then move what I need to the Manjaro that I have installed on my hardware?
