Wifi connects but doesnt work

So my wifi originally worked fine with Manjaro, but after i restarted my PC it just stopped working. It works for the first few seconds of me launching my pc but then it just cuts off and stops working. it says im still connected to the internet but with limited connectivity and 0bytes in and 0bytes out, with some small spikes of a couple hundred bytes. Its not a fault with my router itself as my connectivity works completely fine on my phone and on my fathers pc but it just doesnt want to work for me. i restarted multiple times but to no avail.

heres my network info:

Device-1: Realtek RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet

v: kernel port: 3000 bus-ID: 07:00.0
