It seems youā€™ve got nothing left to lose, so Letā€™s do a test:

  1. Un-blacklist the module(s) that was previously blacklisted:
sudo mv /etc/modprobe.d/blacklistManjaro.conf ~/
sudo mv /etc/modprobe.d/rtl8821be.conf ~/

Followed by a reboot, and if the wifi still doesnā€™t work, please post the output of:
