Wi-Fi stopped working after updating drivers and rebooting system

Hey guys, first of all I’m pretty new to linux/manjaro so be gentle.
So, I updated my system drivers and after rebooting my system none of my Wi-Fi connections are showing up, I’m pretty sure the Wi-Fi drivers are messed up but I have no idea how to fix it. I tried downgrading kernel version but ended up with nothing. Let me know what you need from me to debug this problem. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum!

By doing what, exactly? Most drivers are provided by the kernel.

Bad idea. You can have more than one kernel installed. See Manjaro Kernels - Manjaro

Please see:

pacman -Syu , I guess thats updating applications itself and not the drivers? My bad?

Okay, after looking into posts similar to my situation I thought it could have been a possible fix. This is my current version:

Currently running: 5.10.117-1-MANJARO (linux510)
The following kernels are installed in your system:

  • linux510

This my Network Devices information, I think the problem could be because my adapter driver is N/A? I have no idea at this point

was the driver installed from AUR

I’m not sure if I even have a driver installed to be honest, I installed one after it stopped working through the Add/Remove Software but that didn’t do anything.

intsall the 5.17 kernel, reboot, select it in grub, and check if it works with it

It started working again out of the sudden. Ok i guess?? I’m still on 5.10 kernel
