Wi-Fi needs turning off/on after waking

Hello Everyone
Manjaro KDE works well on my 2017 MacBook Air - very pleasing after many failures with Mint and Ubuntu. The only problem is that when I open the lid to continue a session, the wi-fi has disconnected and needs ages to reconnect, if at all. I discovered that hitting ‘Disconnect’ then ‘Connect’ in Networks does the trick every time. While the problem is there I sometimes get ‘wlp3s0 missing’.
