Wi-Fi adapter not found after putting it in monitor mode

After playing around in manjaro I wanted to use my wifi again and I did everything I could find in the internet to turn off monitor mode but I didn’t work and eventually after few reboot and just stopped recognising the wifi adapter

SOLUTION: i needed to turn off my device than wait for a few mins and turn on it on again instead of restart
