Why use Real Time Kernels?

Updating to the latest Kernel 5.14, I was wondering if there is any reason to use a Real Time one. Other then for Music Applications I can’t think of any for most Users.

If you want to do real-times tasks, mainly used in industry (voip, image processing etc…)

From the Arch Wiki, I have no reasons to use such a Kernel.
