Why can't I start a password store in pass? (gpg: decryption failed: No secret key)

I created a new GPG key to use in pass. First time I did it, there weren’t any problems. Now, this happens:

pass init "..."
Password store initialized for ...
test: reencrypting to ...
gpg: decryption failed: No secret key

The only thing I did different was not set an expiration date for the key.

Solved. I had actually reinstalled pass, but the previous store remained. I deleted everything from the store folder and now everything is cool.
