Whole System have Micro Stutter

Hello,

I have moved to Gnome Unstable some time ago and everything have micro stutter (no problem with KDE or XFCE) - movies, games, browser etc. I have tried everything that I can, but nothing works. I must add that I switched to Linux relatively recently, my knowledge about Linux is quite narrow.

I have tried:

Additionally:
I have created a virtual machine with GPU Passthrugh. When I run Windows 10 (window manager shuts down) virtualized system runs without any stutters.

How stutter looks:

What I can do to find the issue?

There are some known issues with the latest Nvidia Driver: NVIDIA 470.74 Breaks Gsync (Compatible) Support (Monitor Modulates between 0 or 144hz and Flickers black) - #9 by aplattner - Linux - NVIDIA Developer Forums

Thanks, but I had the same stutter problem on older versions of nvidia drivers.

I have the exact same problem. Been trying a few different fixes that I can find from searching online. Removing every single gnome extension I had seems to have improved the problem (including system extensions).

I’ve also enabled PowerMizer: How to Permanently Set NVIDIA PowerMizer Settings in Ubuntu | rastating.github.io

I have the same issue with the 495.44 driver. I also created a separate post, with a related question.
There is a MHWD script which adds a fix for this bug in the xorg.conf if a condition is true (for me it was not the case I assume, but my understanding can be totally wrong).
Here: MHWD Gsync Screen Flicker

Does this works for you guys?
