Any Linux compatible laptop should run almost any Linux distribution, so if you find a model you like it should be technically possible to get Manjaro to run on it.

You are expected to be able to do your own research and draw your own conclusions about which product best suits your individual requirements.

You are going to be extremely hard-pressed to find something like that, if it even exists. With all of your other requirements, I don’t think it’s possible to find a device like you are asking for.
