I just installed the i3 version of manjaro and i went to configure it but i didnt see the i3 folder in my .config how do I get to the i3 config file?
To change the configuration of i3, copy /etc/i3/config to ~/.i3/config (or ~/.config/i3/config if you like the XDG directory scheme) and edit it with a text editor.
~/.config/i3/config is where it’s created when you first start.
You can use
i3-config-wizard for generate config file. I’m using i3wm vanilla, but i think i3-manjaro have that too.
Manually just copy /etc/i3/config into ~/.config/i3/
