What drivers should I use for my Nvidia GTX 1650? Proprietary or Open-source? I use Manjaro KDE. And what are the best compositor settings for performance in games and in general?

i5-2400
Nvidia GTX 1650
8GB RAM DDR3 1333MHz
1TB HDD

With Nvidia cards the proprietary ones are recommended, since the open source drivers have just basic support for the cards. Nvidia is not nice in that regard, as they keep everything under wraps.

Well, the AMD opencl drivers are closed source either. So if you need opencl for darktable or gimp for example NVIDIA and AMD are both proprietary closed source.
