Weird graphics glitch

I'm facing a strange graphics glitch when trying to boot XFCE from a live USB. I'm quite new to Linux, so don't really know what this bug is called. My screen is getting strangely pixelated. Is this error because I'm booting from a USB?

Here're my specs:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 with Vega 8 graphics
RAM : 2×4 GB

can you tell which iso you are using ?

saw that issue on the forums some times.
it was always solved when using any other DE.
Try booting the KDE iso to check that

seems like something in XFCE does not like modern hardware.

This is where I downloaded it from

Have you seen this:

Solution mentioned there:

xfconf-query -c xfwm4 -p /general/vblank_mode -t string -s "xpresent" --create
