When I create a desktop shortcut it shows multiple linked file icon on the shortcut icon. I don’t know how to describe it better without using a screenshot, but I am new here and can’t use images or links in my posts.
I tried resetting KDE Plasma settings and it fixed, but i reappeared again when I changed desktop icon size.
I don’t get it…

and post the link in formatted text, like this
