Webcam is not recognized in Cheese

Cam is found in System but not in Cheese.

Does anyone have an idea what I can do to make it work in Cheese?

I have a cheap web cam and try very hard to make a good set-up.
I use cheese,Webcamoid, guvcview.
The best app for my cam is guvcview.
Because is cheap sometimes works and sometimes not.
I buy and extra mic much better than this on web cam and with guvcview is the first time can video record with audio!
