As many have mentioned already, you don’t provide enough info for anyone to be of real help.
No one is telepathic to know how your machine is actually configured, and no one can look through your eyes…
So to start see:
Don’t forget to provide output of relevant commands to show your network config etc…
Both machines may run the same OS, but might be configured completely different due to hardware differences…
(You even mentioned yourself that one uses WiFi and the other uses Wired connection)
