Here’s the link http://aur.archlinux.org/packages/vmware-workstation but you can just open pamac/add remove software and search for vmware and install it. Installing vmware workstation also installs vmware player and player continues to work after the trial of workstation ends

Vmware workstation is in the aur. If you install that and then reboot everything should be installed automatically. I’ve been using it without issue for months

you can try and search in the forum for " /dev/vmmon " i see ther are people with the same issue and various solutions proposed, you might find there something for you.

Did you reboot after installing ? You need to reboot for the kernel module to be added to the kernel
