VM Usig 200% CPU According to Htop

I was running Windows 10 in a VM using Gnome Boxes. While a CPU intensive task was running in the VM, I opened ran Htop to check my CPU utilization. Somehow one of the processes related to the VM was running at over 200% CPU. (See attached Screenshot.)

Am I misunderstanding this somehow or is this a bug that I should report upstream?

That is likely the sum of the percentage of each core being used. No, it’s not a bug.
