I reinstalled manjaro, I did the steps that I did before to make the Wi-Fi work, but nothing happens. What should I do?

Hello @Konstantin

If not listed even in lspci, then it died, has a loose contact or was disabled on BIOS/UEFI level. Either way, it is hardware related.

Maybe unplugging the laptop and removing the battery can fix it. Let it sit for an hour to allow the electronics to “discharge” completely. Perhaps the WLAN module will appear then again. :man_shrugging:

Hi @Konstantin,

Just from what I’ve read in your description and the other thread’s title, I’m going to guess that the Wifi card was on it’s way out, and it decided to die just now…

where were you when I asked for help there))) Okay, bye everyone

???

what do you expect ? you asked a question 15 minutes ago and now you’re pi$$ed that there is no instant solution or answer ?
do the math and go with god

we r talking about this Activation of network connection failed some time after launch - #2 by cscs lul

rfkill unblock all

systemctl status NetworkManager.service

systemctl restart NetworkManager.service

I guess you’re misinterpreting something here. In Activation of network connection failed some time after launch it was there:

But now it is not there:

So this issue is new… probably related to the driver, but not sure. Can also be just a faulty device. No one knows for sure. If you have a warranty on the device, then I would report it to the manufacturer and take warranty claims.

Where did you gets this laptop? Crazy 118.998,81€ just this laptop, which is not even available here…

Is this a test device or exhibit at a trade show? Fell off the truck and sold black? :joy:
